1. Return & Exchange Window

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. 
  • All return requests must be initiated within this timeframe.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange

  • We accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

(i) Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged during shipping, contact us immediately. 

Submit the following for verification: 

  • An unedited video of the package being opened, showing the damage.
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item. 
  • Without this evidence, we cannot process the return or exchange.

(ii) Incorrect Item

  • If you receive the wrong item, we’ll arrange for its return and send you the correct product at no extra cost. 
  • Contact us promptly to initiate this process.

3. Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items

  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
    • Items missing original tags or packaging.
    • Items purchased during a sale or clearance event (unless damaged or sent in error).

    4. Return Process

    • Initiate a return by contacting us via our Contact Page within 7 days of delivery. 
    • Include your order number and the reason for return/exchange.

    5. Approval Process

    • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

    6. Return Shipping

    • If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label.

    7. Shipping costs are:

    • Covered by us for damaged or incorrect items.
    • Borne by the customer for other valid returns.

    8. Shipment of Return

    • Securely pack the product in its original packaging and ship it using the provided label.

    9. Inspection

    • Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
